Lemon-Spice Grilled Chicken

This is a creation of mine by grabbing a few spices from the spice rack and adding fresh lemon juice to the marinade. I encourage you to try this recipe or grab your favorite spices. Make sure you wright the ingredients down, with portions. That way if you find something you love, you can repeat it.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Each Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 2 Teaspoons Dried Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon White Pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • ¼ Cup Lemon Juice Fresh juiced

Instructions
 

  • Clean and dry chicken tenderloins
  • Mix spices, lemon juice, and EVOO in small mixing bowl.
  • Place chicken in large bowl or storage bag and pour spice mixture in. Mix marinade thoroughly and let sit for up to 45 minutes.
  • Have grill started and allow temp to get to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Grill chicken for 3-4 minutes per side. Check temperature after second side time is complete. I pull chicken off the grill as soon as it reaches 145-150 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
